We are a boutique IT services firm based in Vancouver as well as the heart of British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley. We are technical, with over 27 years experience in the Information Technology industry and bring a broad base of skills to the table. We specialize in cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure, M365, Exchange Online, Teams setup and more. We also excel at remote support, data/system backups, enpoint protection, spam filtering platforms and more.

Founder + CEO

Paul is an IT executive with over 27 years of IT infrastructure, service delivery and strategic roadmap design experience, leading digital transformations within large enterprise organizations. Extensive experience with enterprise infrastructure project management and strategic direction with direct responsibility for budget management and implementation in a range of major industries.

Paul has held senior management positions within many different sectors, with experience in professional services in downtown Toronto, high-rise construction in Vancouver and more recently as the Vice President of IT for the Buy Low Foods Group of companies. Paul's goal is to bring those decades of experience to benefit the small and medium businesses within the Okanagan region.

It really depends on the engagement itself. We can work with you on a flat rate hourly basis, a retainer, and of course are happy to provide a quote based on a specific project scope.

Many applications are well suited to move to cloud hosting. Rather than investing capital into expensive hardware, you can migrate systems to the cloud and go with a subscription-based cost, effectively only paying for what you use. Email is perhaps the greatest example of this with Microsoft's Exchange Online - secure, reliable and feature-rich and you never have to deal with the underlying infrastructure.
There are multiple layers needed to truly protect your systems and staff from what is now the largest cyber threat. This includes a solid perimeter defence (firewalls, email gateway filtering etc.), endpoint detection and response, reliable/tested air-gapped backups, as well as numerous processes + plans around incident response, communications and more.
